Job Description

Unilever Pakistan is hiring an Assistant Manager (AM) Finance โ€“ Supply Chain for its Karachi Head Office. This role is ideal for finance professionals with experience in manufacturing finance, cost controlling, and supply chain finance. The selected candidate will play a key role in improving factory performance, financial governance, inventory controls, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and govern monthly factory performance reports.
  • Monitor conversion costs, manufacturing efficiencies, and savings initiatives.
  • Develop business cases for capacity expansion and capability enhancement.
  • Analyze manufacturing variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain product costing, BOM governance, and standard costing in ERP systems.
  • Lead inventory controls, stock reconciliations, and physical stock verification.
  • Monitor waste, labour, yield, and overhead costs against performance targets.
  • Support month-end financial closing for manufacturing and inventory.
  • Manage factory CAPEX tracking and post-investment evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and support internal/external audits.

Eligibility Criteria

๐ŸŽ“ Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or
  • Professional Finance Qualification (CA / ACCA)

๐Ÿ’ผ Experience

  • Minimum 3โ€“4 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing finance, or cost controllership will be preferred.
