Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset to support business growth by developing customer relationships, promoting banking products, and ensuring quality loan services.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Implementing sales and service plans to achieve business growth objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Promoting loan products and identifying new business opportunities.
• Achieving assigned sales targets while following bank policies and ethical practices.
• Evaluating customer profiles and credit requirements.
• Conducting market assessments to identify potential customers and new business areas.
• Ensuring timely loan repayments and maintaining quality portfolio management.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer concerns.
• Ensuring compliance with bank SOPs, SBP regulations, and internal controls.
• Preparing field activity plans and maintaining regular customer interactions.

🎓 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution required.
• MBA will be preferred.

💼 Experience:

• Preferably 0–1 year of relevant experience.
