The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, effective school administration, curriculum implementation, and continuous improvement in student learning outcomes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Align educational objectives with effective instructional practices to achieve high standards of student learning outcomes.
✅ Monitor and implement BSS Curriculum and its philosophy according to Academic Practices & Procedures Manual (APPM).
✅ Ensure curriculum standards meet internal benchmarks and quality expectations.
✅ Manage effective communication and timely dissemination of information across relevant channels.
✅ Ensure smooth school operations and effective administration of examinations.
✅ Develop promotional and marketing initiatives to increase student admissions.
✅ Monitor education industry trends and implement best practices for continuous improvement.

🎯 Required Skills & Competencies

✔ Strong knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies.
✔ Expertise in curriculum development and implementation.
✔ Understanding of CAIE standards and academic practices.
✔ Ability to develop and implement school vision and improvement strategies.
✔ Knowledge of staff development approaches.
