Mobilink Microfinance Bank is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset to support business growth by developing strong customer relationships, promoting banking products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing customer portfolios, facilitating loan processes, ensuring compliance with banking policies, and delivering excellent customer service.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement sales and service plans to achieve business growth objectives.
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
✅ Promote and sell bank products according to defined SOPs.
✅ Achieve assigned sales targets with ethical business practices.
✅ Evaluate customer profiles through credit assessment procedures.
✅ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
✅ Perform customer verification and ensure proper documentation.
✅ Support timely loan repayments and collection activities.
✅ Maintain compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations, and internal controls.
✅ Provide guidance to customers regarding banking products and services.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).
💼 Experience: 0–1 year relevant experience preferred.
