A leading retail organization is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to manage checkout operations, process transactions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Qualification:

Intermediate (HSSC) or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Basic knowledge of mathematics and cash handling procedures
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and MS Office is an advantage

💼 Experience:

1–2 years of experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role (preferably retail industry)
Hands-on experience with cash, card, and digital payment transactions
Knowledge of POS systems, billing procedures, and cash reconciliation
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

📝 Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Process cash, card, and digital payments while issuing receipts
Maintain and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
Follow company cash handling procedures and ensure transaction accuracy
Assist customers with queries and provide excellent service
Promote ongoing offers when applicable
Maintain a clean and organized checkout counter
Report discrepancies and coordinate with supervisors and sales teams
