🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute SME business plans aligned with bank objectives.
• Drive program-based lending solutions according to customer needs.
• Implement strategies to increase funded and non-funded business growth.
• Identify business opportunities and structure financial proposals.
• Manage negotiations, security arrangements, and client relationships.
• Build new partnerships and strengthen existing customer portfolios.
• Provide financial advisory and customized banking solutions.
• Collaborate with business units for lead generation and growth opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of financial and operational targets.
• Monitor SME regional performance and field teams.
• Maintain low levels of non-performing loans (NPLs).
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, CPM guidelines, and SBP regulations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
✔ Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
Experience:
✔ Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
✔ Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years of relevant banking experience.
Age Limit:
✔ Maximum 55 years as of the application date.
