Future Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced Manager Experience – Catering Business to lead luxury catering sales, client relationships, and premium event experiences in Karachi.

🎯 Position:

Manager Experience – Catering Business (Food & Beverage)

🎓 Qualification:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
⭐ MBA preferred

💼 Experience:

✅ 4–6 years of experience in business development, event sales, or client servicing within luxury hospitality, catering, weddings, or premium events.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure high-value catering opportunities across Karachi
• Build strong referral networks with wedding planners, event designers, marquees, farmhouses, booking agents, and premium bridal & fashion studios
• Develop and present customized luxury catering proposals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
• Collaborate with Event Managers and Food & Beverage teams for customized menu planning
• Conduct food tasting sessions with culinary teams to deliver exceptional experiences
• Manage complete client journey from inquiry to event completion
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and kitchen teams
• Maintain long-term relationships with premium clients and industry stakeholders
• Represent the brand at social events, exhibitions, and luxury gatherings
• Monitor wedding, lifestyle, and gourmet trends to enhance offerings
• Collaborate with marketing teams for partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
