Job Overview

Serena Hotels is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing promotional campaigns, coordinating public relations activities, maintaining marketing materials, and strengthening the Serena brand through digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about Serena Hotels and services.
• Maintain inventory of promotional and printed marketing materials.
• Manage the cardex system, catalogs, and photographic resources.
• Update and maintain customer and prospect databases for direct marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate direct mail, greeting cards, promotional letters, and marketing communications.
• Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns with agencies, artists, and media partners.
• Manage and monitor Serena Hotels' social media presence and online brand reputation.
• Launch digital marketing campaigns to promote hotel offers, events, and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate with Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC), airlines, hotels, motels, and tourism partners.
• Recommend and support public relations activities in consultation with the Director Sales & Marketing.
• Prepare monthly progress reports on PR and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with newspapers, magazines, and media representatives.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
