Experience: 1–3 years (E-commerce fulfilment, warehouse operations, or retail order processing)

Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Executive to oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, inventory synchronization, courier coordination, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order processing, maintain fulfilment SLAs, and support seamless omnichannel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process and dispatch online customer orders accurately within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage omnichannel fulfilment, including:
- Ship-from-Warehouse
- Ship-from-Store
- Click-and-Collect (In-Store Pickup)
Maintain accurate inventory synchronization across the online store and retail outlets using Odoo, Trade Unleash, or similar systems.
Coordinate shipments with courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, BlueEx, Trax, and other logistics providers.
Monitor deliveries, resolve shipment exceptions, and communicate updates to customer support teams.
Process product returns and exchanges while maintaining unified inventory records.
Allocate inventory efficiently between online and retail channels to prevent stock shortages or overselling.
Assist with Cash on Delivery (COD) reconciliation by matching courier remittances with dispatched orders.
Generate packing slips, load sheets, courier manifests, and maintain organized dispatch documentation.
Ensure dispatch accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with fulfilment standards, especially during sales and peak seasons.

Required Qualifications & Skills

BBA or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce fulfilment, warehouse operations, or retail order management.
Strong understanding of order processing, dispatch procedures, and courier booking within Pakistan.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and inventory/order management systems.
Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and inventory management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with omnichannel fulfilment operations such as Ship-from-Store or Click-and-Collect.
Familiarity with Odoo, Trade Unleash, or similar ERP/Order Management Systems.
Experience handling COD reconciliation and courier claim processing.
Background in inventory management within the fashion, apparel, or home textile industry.
