Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking an experienced Manager Digital Supply Chain to lead the digital transformation of its end-to-end supply chain ecosystem. The role focuses on designing intelligent, integrated, and customer-centric digital supply chain solutions that enhance business banking products, streamline operations, and improve customer experiences.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and digitize end-to-end supply chain solutions for business banking.
• Develop digital supply chain models for SME, Agriculture, and other banking products.
• Build digital platforms supporting asset and liability products.
• Integrate supply chain solutions with core banking, ERP, and treasury systems.
• Create API-based integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Develop real-time dashboards for supply chain visibility.
• Enable data-driven credit assessment and financing decisions.
• Automate documentation, invoicing, settlements, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and Shariah frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Business, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Build partnerships with fintechs and ecosystem partners.
• Lead pilot projects and phased rollouts of digital banking solutions.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
  • Supply Chain
  • Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Business Administration
  • Operations
  • Or a related discipline

💼 Experience

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Digital Transformation
  • Operations Management
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
