United Charter Schools is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager Curriculum & Training - English (Primary) to support curriculum development, teacher training, and academic excellence at the Primary Level.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, reviewing, and designing English curriculum for Primary classes.
• Create schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments, and teaching resources.
• Plan and conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, induction programs, and professional development activities.
• Provide academic support, mentoring, and guidance to teachers and school leaders.
• Collaborate with academic teams to improve teaching methodologies and student learning outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with academic standards, curriculum guidelines, and assessment frameworks.
• Review curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements based on feedback, observations, and performance data.
• Support development of worksheets, activity books, and assessment tools.
• Stay updated with modern English teaching trends, research, and best practices.
