Nestlé Waters is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support financial planning, business analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes. The selected candidate will work closely with the Business Unit Controller to ensure accurate business planning, deliver financial insights, and help drive business performance through data-driven analysis.

Qualification

• CA, ACCA, ACMA, or MBA (Finance)

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Financial Reporting
  • Internal Controls
  • Business Performance Analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Unit Controller in executing business planning processes (MBS, DF, RCR, QIR, I2L).
• Ensure business planning guidelines and forecasting processes are followed across the business.
• Participate in monthly business planning meetings and provide insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate financial planning activities with Sales, Supply Chain, Technical, and Human Resources teams.
• Conduct scenario planning and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and highlight value-destroying activities.
• Drive the Quarterly Investment Review (QIR) process and evaluate marketing and brand investments.
• Prepare Replacement Cost Run (RCR) analysis and present findings to senior management.
• Prepare and maintain key financial reports, including ML Comments, SPCs, PFME Reporting, PEC, Brand Portfolio Tool, and impairment analyses.
• Provide accurate financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

• Understanding of internal controls and financial governance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
