Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is hiring Manager – Digital Payments Reconciliation & Governance

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a skilled Manager – Digital Payments Reconciliation & Governance to lead reconciliation, clearing, settlement, and governance activities across its Digital Financial Services (DFS) ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of high-volume digital transactions while strengthening operational controls and improving reconciliation processes through automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily, real-time, and scheduled reconciliation across digital payment channels.
• Manage reconciliation for Mobile Wallets, RAAST, 1LINK, Card Schemes, IBFT, Merchant Acquiring, QR payments, and Bill Aggregators.
• Oversee end-to-end clearing and settlement processes involving partner banks, payment switches, aggregators, and core banking systems.
• Monitor transaction reconciliations, General Ledger (GL) balances, settlement accounts, and clearing suspense accounts.
• Identify manual reconciliation processes and implement automated, system-driven solutions.
• Investigate reconciliation exceptions and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Maintain zero uninvestigated or unassigned balances within DFS Operations.
• Strengthen reconciliation governance, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 5–6 years of operational experience in financial reconciliation or payment operations.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Financial Services (DFS), Mobile Wallet Operations, or Payment Switch Operations.
• Proven experience managing high-volume payment transactions and leading operational teams.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of digital payment ecosystems and settlement processes.
• Expertise in financial reconciliation and General Ledger management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in payment operations governance and process automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
