🎓 Qualification

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic mathematical and computer literacy

Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

💼 Experience

Previous experience as a Cashier, Retail Assistant, or Customer Service Representative is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with POS systems, cash registers, or payment terminals will be an advantage

Handle cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and other payment methods

Maintain accurate cash drawer records and balance transactions
Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
Keep checkout counters clean, organized, and well-stocked
Follow cash handling, security, and loss prevention procedures
Support checkout operations during peak hours
