Stylo is hiring Quality Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Executive to support quality assurance activities through laboratory testing, inspections, and quality evaluations of footwear materials and finished products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting physical and quality tests on raw materials, components, and final products while ensuring compliance with approved quality standards and specifications. The role includes maintaining testing records, evaluating samples, identifying quality deviations, and supporting root cause analysis for quality-related issues.

The position also requires close coordination with Sourcing, Product Development, and Quality teams to ensure product performance and quality requirements are consistently achieved. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to develop expertise in quality assurance, laboratory testing, and product quality management within a dynamic retail environment.

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering

💼 Experience Required

• Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience in:
  • Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Quality Control (QC)
  • Laboratory Testing
  • Manufacturing Environment

🛠 Required Skills

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems and SOP compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in inspections, audits, and quality evaluations
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
