Job Summary

National Foods is looking for a Senior Executive Buyer to manage the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process for indirect procurement categories, including IT hardware, software, facilities management, and other operational requirements. The successful candidate will ensure smooth purchase order processing, compliance with procurement policies, and timely coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities across indirect procurement categories.
• Process purchase requests within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Review and manage Ariba purchase requisitions while ensuring policy compliance.
• Create and release purchase orders using SAP.
• Coordinate with approvers to ensure timely purchase order approvals.
• Maintain and update the purchase order approval matrix in collaboration with Finance.
• Prepare procurement reports and present operational updates during team meetings.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice processing.
• Resolve invoice-related issues to prevent payment delays.
• Support continuous improvement of Purchase-to-Pay processes and Ariba workflows.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Assist in spend analysis and procurement performance reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Ariba is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate procurement environment.
