A leading organization is looking for a Warehouse Associate – E-Commerce to manage order fulfilment, warehouse coordination, inventory accuracy, dispatch operations, and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will support smooth e-commerce warehouse operations while ensuring timely processing of customer orders and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Management

Manage daily e-commerce order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Ensure timely processing of orders according to service level standards.
Prioritize urgent, pending, and high-volume orders.
Monitor fulfilment performance and report operational challenges.

✅ Warehouse Operations & Coordination

Supervise warehouse activities related to e-commerce inventory and dispatch.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of stock according to SOPs.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth operational workflow.
Support alignment between online demand and warehouse capacity.

✅ Inventory & Stock Management

Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through stock checks and reconciliations.
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
Monitor inbound stock availability for uninterrupted fulfilment.
Coordinate stock movement for online orders.

✅ Returns, Claims & Issue Handling

Manage returns, exchanges, and courier-related claims.
Coordinate with warehouse, customer care, and logistics teams for issue resolution.
Ensure returned stock verification and system updates.
Maintain records of operational issues and resolutions.

✅ Courier & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate shipment handovers with courier partners.
Ensure accurate dispatch documentation.
Support resolution of delivery issues.
Monitor courier performance and dispatch timelines.

✅ Reporting & Compliance

Prepare daily operational reports.
Track fulfilment KPIs and highlight performance gaps.
Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs.
Promote operational discipline and accountability.

Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management or related field.

💼 Experience:

2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce logistics.

🛠 Required Skills:

Dispatch coordination & logistics handling
Warehouse and fulfilment operations management
Inventory control & reconciliation
Basic/Intermediate Excel skills
