Mobilink Microfinance Bank is looking for a motivated Relationship Officer Asset to strengthen its Business Banking team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, sales, and field operations while helping customers access financial solutions that support their personal and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute branch sales and service plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote and sell loan products according to bank policies and SOPs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
• Evaluate customer eligibility using the bank's credit assessment standards.
• Conduct field visits and physical verification of prospective clients.
• Ensure timely loan recovery and maintain excellent repayment performance.
• Educate customers on product features, terms, and conditions.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and customer visit reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation while safeguarding customer information.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal bank policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining ethical banking practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (MBA preferred).
• 0–1 year of relevant sales, banking, or financial services experience.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work in field sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Basic understanding of banking products and customer service principles.
