🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in production planning and manufacturing operations.

💼 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of production planning, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production plans.
• Ensure timely material availability and production scheduling.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.
• Analyze production performance and optimize resources.
• Prepare planning reports and monitor KPIs.
