📌 Job Purpose

Responsible for managing Metro network configurations, including FTTH network infrastructure, while ensuring network performance, reliability, optimization, and timely technical support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage PTN, OTN, DWDM network devices.
Provide advanced-level technical support to the Core Transmission team.
Coordinate and implement new Core Transmission network entities after completing all required checks, including ATP/PAT.
Optimize network performance through analysis of key performance parameters.
Conduct network health checks and ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive maintenance routines.
Coordinate with vendors and regional teams during emergency situations.
Ensure emergency procedures are reviewed before engaging vendors.
Quickly identify network outages and customer-impacting issues and provide real-time technical support.
Provide premium technical support to corporate business teams for customer complaints and experience management.
Follow vendor escalation matrices and coordinate with internal second-line teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Share ETTR (Estimated Time to Repair) updates and keep customers informed about resolution progress.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Telecommunication
- Electronics
- Electrical Engineering
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience

4–5 years of relevant professional experience.
