• Control deposit attrition and strengthen customer retention.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Branch Managers.
• Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Provide product training and support team development.

Portfolio & Relationship Management

• Manage high-net-worth (HNW) customer portfolios.

• Oversee customer service standards and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Market Expansion & Competitor Analysis
