📚 Qualification

• CIA, ACCA, CMA, or CA (Finalist)

💼 Experience

• 03–05 years of relevant experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Islamic Microfinance
• Minimum 03 years of managerial-level experience required

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual risk-based internal audit plan covering branches, regional offices, and head office operations.
• Evaluate MIS accuracy, data integrity, KYC compliance, and AML/CFT controls.
• Conduct surprise cash counts, branch inspections, fraud investigations, and special audits.
• Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policy enhancements, staff training, and audit team capacity building.
• Assess portfolio-at-risk (PAR), delinquency trends, and Shariah compliance frameworks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and monitor the implementation of audit observations and corrective actions.
