Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA), a leading non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and lifelong learning, is looking for an experienced and strategic professional to join its team as Senior Manager – Early Years & Foundational Learning (EYFL).

The selected candidate will provide technical leadership for the Early Years & Foundational Learning portfolio by strengthening Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) and Foundational Learning (Pre-School to Grade 2/3). The role focuses on delivering high-quality, inclusive, play-based, and evidence-driven education programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Master's Degree (minimum 16 years of education) in:
  • Early Childhood Education
  • Education
  • Curriculum & Instruction
  • Educational Leadership
  • Social Sciences
  • Or a related discipline
• Higher qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in:
  • Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE)
  • Foundational Learning
  • Teacher Professional Development
  • Curriculum Design
  • Education Programme Management

Key Requirements

• Experience working with government education departments, development partners, and donor-funded education programmes.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Play-based pedagogy
  • Teacher professional development
  • Learning assessments
  • Education policy
  • Programme quality assurance
• Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, analytical, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan when required.
