Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Technician Rotary to join its HTD Site maintenance team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive practical experience in the maintenance, overhauling, alignment, and troubleshooting of rotary equipment used in industrial operations while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and overhauling of rotary equipment including:
  • Pumps
  • Compressors
  • Steam Turbines
  • Gearboxes
  • Fans
  • Motors
  • Blowers
  • Conveyors
  • Crushers
• Carry out precision alignment of rotary machinery.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Diagnose equipment faults and perform effective troubleshooting.
• Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
• Follow maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and company standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: DAE or B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 7–10 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of rotary equipment maintenance and overhaul.
• Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
