Aghosh Homes is seeking a dedicated Assistant Warden to support the day-to-day management of its residential facility in Bhimber. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and committed to ensuring a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment for resident children.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Warden/Administrator in the smooth operation and supervision of Aghosh Home.
• Ensure the overall care, discipline, safety, and emotional well-being of resident children.
• Supervise daily routines and ensure the approved schedule is followed effectively.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office.
• Coordinate with staff and relevant stakeholders to support daily operations.
• Monitor student behavior and promote a positive living environment.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper inventory management, and compliance with organizational policies.
