Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, acquire loans and deposits, and ensure efficient delivery of banking services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the branch as a revenue center, maintaining a healthy balance between loans and deposits, overseeing operational and administrative functions, ensuring compliance, and developing branch staff.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead the branch team to achieve financial and service-level objectives.
Plan and execute loan and deposit acquisition within the assigned budget.
Drive the branch toward self-funding status and revenue growth.
Manage branch operations, administration, and service delivery.
Act as a credit officer and facilitate loan approvals.
Ensure timely opening and closing of the branch according to prescribed schedules.
Optimize resource utilization and conduct regular capacity planning.
Manage collection and recovery activities to control delinquencies and losses.
Ensure efficient and accurate execution of financial transactions.
Plan and manage cash availability while minimizing unproductive cash holdings.
Arrange training and support professional development of branch staff.
Conduct regular self-assessments and prepare the branch for internal, external, and SBP audits.
Maintain the bank’s reputation, operational integrity, and financial reconciliation standards.

🎓 Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Commerce from a reputable institution.
MBA will be preferred, subject to approval.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
