Vital Petroleum Private Limited is hiring COCO Area Manager

Vital Petroleum Private Limited is seeking an experienced COCO Area Manager to oversee the operations of 3–4 Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) sites in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in petroleum retail operations, site management, compliance, team supervision, and operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of 3–4 COCO sites and ensure compliance with company SOPs and standards.
• Manage site staff, including duty rosters, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, transporters, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, inventory, and site expenses.
• Ensure safe fuel decanting and site operations according to SOPs.
• Supervise site facilities, maintenance, tuck shop/canteen, and essential supplies.
• Maintain accurate operational, inventory, and compliance records.
• Identify operational issues, ensure timely corrective actions, and prepare periodic reports.
• Support audits and inspections as required.

Education

• 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• MBA will be preferred.

Experience & Eligibility

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in the petroleum industry.
• Experience managing 3–4 COCO sites in Lahore is preferred.
• Preference will be given to Lahore-based applicants.
