Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Chunian Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, achieving financial targets, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional customer service while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to achieve financial and service objectives.
• Drive growth in loans and deposits while operating within the assigned budget.
• Maintain a healthy balance between lending and deposits to achieve self-funding status.
• Manage the branch as a profitable revenue center.
• Control operational expenses and promote cost-effective practices.
• Perform duties as a Credit Officer, including loan assessment and approval processes.
• Supervise all operational and administrative activities of the branch.
• Ensure timely branch opening, service delivery, and closing procedures.
• Optimize staff utilization and workforce planning.
• Oversee collection and recovery activities to minimize delinquencies.
• Ensure secure, accurate, and efficient financial transactions.
• Manage daily cash planning and liquidity requirements.
• Train, mentor, and develop branch staff.
• Prepare the branch for internal, external, and SBP audits.
• Safeguard the bank's reputation by maintaining operational integrity and financial compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• MBA will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong leadership, operational management, customer relationship, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of branch operations, lending, compliance, and banking regulations.
