Provide efficient back-office support to the Corporate Sales & Services Team to ensure a superior customer experience for Zong’s premium clientele while working in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and complete corporate customer requests received through emails and the ticketing system.
Ensure discounts and waivers are entered accurately and within the required timelines.
Support the Functional Manager C&SS Operations in assigned tasks and operational activities.
Process new sale activations for corporate customers.
Process refunds for postpaid subscribers.
Support Corporate Account Managers in achieving effective customer satisfaction in line with company policies.
Respond to and resolve queries related to corporate customer requests.
Verify that received requests have the required approvals and comply with defined policies.
Work rotational shifts, including weekends and gazetted holidays, according to business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Experience

Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience.
