The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations, driving sales and deposit growth, maintaining customer relationships, leading the branch team, and ensuring profitability while maintaining strong compliance and risk management standards.

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager; or
Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Ensure compliance with the Bank’s internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
