Zong (CMPak Ltd.) is hiring Senior Officer L1 Optimization

The Senior Officer L1 Optimization will be responsible for Radio Network Optimization and customer complaint-related activities for the South Region. The role focuses on monitoring network performance, resolving quality issues, conducting audits and drive tests, and ensuring network KPIs meet assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor OSS KPIs related to accessibility, retainability, mobility, and network quality to achieve departmental targets.
• Analyze and resolve PTA, GCSS, and L3 customer complaints.
• Conduct Inter-Operator Drive Test (DT) benchmarking to assess network performance and identify opportunities for maintaining a competitive edge.
• Perform consistency audits of network parameters and features to identify discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
• Ensure PTA Drive Test compliance and participate in required PTA visits.
• Support Radio Access Network optimization activities across the South Region.
• Analyze network performance data and develop insights for continuous network improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or a closely related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant work experience in RAN Optimization and Planning.

Generic Skills

• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team management and collaboration abilities.

Job-Specific Skills

• In-depth knowledge of RAN Planning and Optimization for:
  • 2G
  • 3G
  • 4G
• Good understanding of future technologies and network evolution.
• Familiarity with MapInfo and its application in network planning/optimization.
