🎓 Qualification: DAE Civil / B.Tech / B.Sc Civil
💼 Experience: 03–05 Years

🔹 Key Requirements

• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for site implementation.
• Experience monitoring daily site progress, labor, and material availability against schedules.
• Knowledge of quality control checks and adherence to approved specifications and codes.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools for tracking and reporting site progress.
• Ability to identify on-site issues and promptly escalate technical or safety concerns.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and housekeeping standards across construction sites.
