Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience with national/international development organizations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Residency: Preference will be given to candidates who are permanent residents of and currently based in the respective district.
Travel: The role requires extensive field engagement, with approximately 20% travel within the assigned district.
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.

Ensure effective day-to-day implementation of projects in the assigned district.
Execute approved work plans and achieve district targets and deliverables.
Coordinate with project healthcare service providers and monitor their performance.
Follow up on service delivery, documentation, and operational issues.
Monitor clinic establishment/construction against approved plans, maps, quality standards, and timelines.
Lead and oversee community mobilization and outreach activities.
Coordinate trainings, meetings, community activities, and project events.
Maintain coordination with district-level government stakeholders and participate in relevant coordination forums.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data, trackers, and documentation.
Ensure timely availability of medicines, commodities, and other required supplies.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
