Interloop Holdings is looking for a detail-oriented Officer Finance with M.Com, MBA, ACCA Finalist, CIMA Finalist, or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounts.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the logistics sector, with strong knowledge of accounting, financial operations, ERP systems, vendor payments, reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing vendor payments, coordinating foreign remittances with banks, managing monthly book closing, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

💰 Ensure timely payments to international and local vendors.
📊 Perform regular vendor ledger reconciliations.
💻 Accurately record financial transactions in the ERP system.
🏦 Coordinate with banks for foreign currency remittances.
📚 Manage monthly financial book closing activities.
✅ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
💵 Monitor cash flow and support liquidity management.
📑 Assist in financial reporting as required.
📈 Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
📒 Maintain and update the general ledger.
