🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

💼 Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in inventory audit, stock control, bakery/food production, FMCG, warehouse, or retail operations is preferred.

📋 Job Description

Conduct regular physical stock counts of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and production inventory.
Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records and investigate inventory variances.
Monitor ingredient consumption against production output and approved recipes/BOMs.
Review wastage, damages, expiries, returns, and production losses.
Verify stock receiving, issuance, transfers, and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO and inventory control procedures.
Identify unusual stock movements, shortages, and control gaps and report findings.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Inventory teams to resolve variances.
Prepare inventory audit, variance, wastage, and stock reconciliation reports.
Support periodic stock audits and recommend improvements in inventory controls.
