CA (Part-Qualified), ACCA (Finalist), CMA (Finalist), or MBA (Finance/Accounting)

2–5 years of experience in fixed assets accounting, preferably in large organizations
Experience in SAGE 100, Odoo, and MS Office Suite
Strong understanding of IFRS/IAS related to fixed assets, depreciation, impairment, and disposals
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to present financial results clearly

Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register, ensuring accuracy of capitalizations, depreciation, and disposals
Record monthly capitalization entries, run depreciation processes, and reconcile balances with the general ledger
Ensure compliance with IFRS/IAS, company policies, and internal controls
Record disposals, transfers, and impairments in line with accounting standards
Provide schedules and reconciliations for internal and statutory audits
Identify and implement improvements in asset accounting and reporting processes
Perform any other tasks assigned by management
