Zong (CMPak Ltd.) is hiring QAC Non Telco Tech

The QAC Non Telco Tech will be responsible for managing end-to-end Telco and Non-Telco activities within assigned geographical Grid(s), ensuring network availability, operational efficiency, KPI compliance, timely maintenance, and effective management of field teams and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure network availability and smooth network operations within the allocated budget.
• Monitor network utilization and manage MS-related matters and operational issues.
• Lead MS field teams in issue rectification and improvement of management KPIs.
• Monitor grid performance and activities performed by field teams.
• Ensure compliance with network performance KPIs.
• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of the Access Network and Gensets.
• Manage allocated OPEX and optimize operational costs, including electricity and DG fuel expenses.
• Assist in managing cluster owners, riggers, and fueling teams.
• Support the capability and competence development of field resources.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in:

• Telecom Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering

Experience:

• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and confident
• Effective time and stress management

Job-Specific Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly database management
• Strong technical understanding of operational matters
