Minimum MBA or relevant degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university/institute.

Strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients and develop new business relationships.
Achieve assigned business targets and KPIs.
Provide financial solutions and cross-sell relevant banking products.
Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals in accordance with SBP Prudential Regulations and bank policies.
Conduct financial analysis and credit risk assessments.
Monitor the assigned portfolio and identify early warning signals for potential credit deterioration.
Take timely corrective action to help prevent non-performing loans (NPLs).
Identify marketing opportunities to maximize the bank’s business.
Complete all required pre- and post-sanction/disbursement formalities.
Coordinate with corporate branches to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor compliance with approved credit package terms and conditions.
Ensure timely recovery of installments, mark-up, and other bank charges.
Conduct periodic business calls and meetings with customers.
Prepare MIS statements and reports for senior management.
Maintain credit files according to bank policy.
Address and rectify relevant audit objections.
