🎓 Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

💼 Experience

7–9 years of banking experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with 3 years of relevant banking experience.

🎯 Age Limit

Maximum 55 years as of the date of application.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Lead PRMs/SRMs toward achievement of assigned business goals.
Ensure team members possess the required knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
Achieve CASA, total deposit, cross-selling, and asset targets on a monthly basis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and prospective clients.
Identify new business opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships.
Recommend suitable banking products and solutions according to client needs.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and proactive calls with existing and prospective customers.
Assist in identifying hiring gaps and support the interviewing, recruitment, and training of PRMs.
Maintain follow-up records for potential customers and business opportunities.
Monitor PRM/SRM performance against assigned targets.
Ensure achievement of business KPIs according to the balanced scorecard.
