National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is seeking highly motivated, confident, and career-oriented individuals for the position of Relationship Manager - OG II in its Aitemaad Islamic Banking division.

Eligibility Criteria
Education / Qualification
-
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university, college, or institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

Candidates having Commerce Graduation, Islamic Banking qualification, degree, or diploma will be preferred.
Age
-
Maximum 29 years as on the last date of submission of application.
Experience
-
Minimum 01 year of banking experience, including at least 06 months of experience in Sales.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
-
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for account opening, deposit generation, deposit retention, deposit deepening, and consumer financing such as Mortgage and Auto Financing.

Ensure Tail Management through activation of dormant accounts, Digital App and ATM activation, and deepening of Tail accounts.

Cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing customers to achieve targets.
-
Plan and execute daily customer visits for new and existing customers to achieve assigned targets.

Participate in periodic Mass Customer Contact Drives, Market Storming activities, and similar initiatives.

Develop thorough knowledge of banking products and conduct competitive analysis to enable successful sales pitches.

Resolve customer queries and issues in an amicable and efficient manner.

Ensure completion of all mandatory and regulatory requirements related to account opening and product sales.

Ensure audit requirements and observations are addressed and implement measures to minimize recurrence.

Maintain all relevant files and documentation and ensure comprehensive record maintenance.

Ensure all processes are followed and completed within the specified TAT.

Ensure compliance with Banking Laws, Regulations, Banking instructions, SOPs, and Shariah Compliance requirements.

Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
