National Foods Limited is hiring Maintenance Executive

Job Purpose

The Maintenance Executive will supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance activities at the Faisalabad plant, ensuring machinery and equipment remain operational while meeting safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Mechanics and Electricians in executing factory maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment logs and schedule maintenance tasks using maintenance management software.
• Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns and coordinate with operators and equipment vendors.
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders to minimize production disruptions.
• Maintain comprehensive shift-wise maintenance logbooks and operational records.
• Monitor machinery performance and report issues to the Maintenance Manager.
• Conduct effective shift handovers and communicate important maintenance updates.
• Lead maintenance activities across morning, afternoon, night, and break shifts.
• Coordinate with the QHSE team to ensure equipment meets safety and environmental requirements.
• Mentor and train maintenance team members.
• Stay updated on modern maintenance methods and industry best practices.

Required Qualification & Experience

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
💼 Experience: 0–1 years of relevant experience
