Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA), a leading non-profit organization working to promote education and lifelong learning, is seeking a passionate and experienced professional for the position of ECCE Coordinator.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting ECCE programme implementation, teacher coaching, training, monitoring, and coordination with ECCE centres and schools. The role involves regular field visits within Karachi, particularly in Keamari and Malir districts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support implementation of ECCE programmes.
• Conduct regular field visits to ECCE centres and schools.
• Support training design and delivery for teachers and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide teacher coaching and technical support.
• Monitor programme activities and progress.
• Promote play-based learning and school-readiness practices.
• Support early childhood development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to child rights, inclusion, and safeguarding principles.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in ECCE programme implementation.
• Experience in a development organization or NGO context will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of play-based learning, school readiness frameworks, and early childhood development.
• Experience in training design, teacher coaching, and programme monitoring.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in Urdu and Sindhi.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong coordination and field-visit capabilities.
• Commitment to child rights, inclusion, and safeguarding principles.
