Jadeed Group of Companies is hiring Store Supervisor

Qualification

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or a relevant field will be preferred.

Experience & Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a construction company/project.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and site-store operations.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work at construction project sites.
• Experience in Store/Inventory Management, preferably in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and material handling.
• Receive, inspect, and issue construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records, GRNs, issue notes, and inventory documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and safe handling of materials.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Procurement, Accounts, and Project Management regarding material requirements.
• Control material wastage, shortages, and unauthorized issuance.
• Prepare regular stock and inventory reports for management.
