🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
MBA will be preferred.

💼 Experience

Preferably 0–1 year of relevant experience.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets through ethical banking practices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Promote and sell the bank’s loan and financial products.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Evaluate customer profiles using the 5 Cs of Credit.
Conduct physical verification of prospective customers.
Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive collection activities.
Follow all bank policies, SOPs, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct market assessments to identify new markets and business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer and legal documentation.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding product terms and conditions.
Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the line manager.
Ensure high-quality customer service and minimize service-related complaints.
Report suspected fraud, financial loss or irregularities to the relevant management.
Build and sustain long-term relationships between the bank and its customers.
