National Foods Limited is seeking a Key Account Manager – Food Services to manage and grow key QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) and national chain accounts. The role focuses on commercial negotiations, joint business planning, new product development, menu integration, and achieving volume, revenue, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned key QSR and national chain accounts.
• Achieve agreed volume, value, and profitability targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, contracts, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and annual trade agreements.
• Drive SKU induction, New Product Development (NPD) onboarding, and menu integration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between key account leadership and National Foods.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, Marketing, and R&D teams.
• Monitor account-level KPIs, including volume growth, value mix, customer retention, and overall performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through menu expansion, product innovation, and strategic partnerships.
• Resolve customer issues and escalations while maintaining strong business relationships.
• Develop and maintain account-level Joint Business Plans with clear growth and investment targets.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, pricing, and agreed trade terms.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the QSR and chain segment.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding credit, collections, and account-related commercial terms.
• Manage account-level trade investment and budgets while monitoring ROI.
• Provide accurate demand inputs for key accounts as part of the FSD S&OP process.
• Identify account-specific risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

Education

Minimum Qualification: Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

Required Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
