The Bank of Punjab is hiring Manager Data Strategy and Solutions

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing an enterprise-wide data strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Establishing and maintaining a robust data governance framework, policies, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Implementing data quality standards, Master Data Management (MDM), and metadata management processes.
• Collaborating with various business units to align data initiatives with operational and strategic requirements.
• Working closely with IT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, scalable, and effective data architecture.
• Monitoring data governance KPIs and presenting progress and insights to senior leadership.
• Supporting the organization’s broader data-driven decision-making and digital banking initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:
04 to 07 years of relevant experience in the banking or non-banking sector. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant data strategy, data governance, analytics, or related experience.

Age:
Maximum 55 years as of the date of application.
