Job Description

PrintKraft is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Officer Operations to join its production team in Faisalabad. This opportunity is well-suited for fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering from an HEC/PEC-recognized institute.

The selected candidate will support production operations, raw material coordination, inventory management, machine productivity monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives within printing and packaging processes.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor move orders in Oracle ERP to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams for accurate inventory updates.
Initiate and follow up on purchase requisitions to support smooth procurement operations.
Maintain records of machine productivity, production performance, and material wastage.
Manage the job card closing process and coordinate with Finance for accurate cost tracking.
Assist production teams in troubleshooting basic machine issues to minimize downtime.
Support documentation and compliance related to printing and packaging operations.
Monitor material wastage and recommend measures to improve resource utilization.
Collaborate with Production, Finance, Inventory, and other departments to improve operational efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement and production optimization initiatives.

Required Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
Degree must be from an HEC/PEC-recognized institute.
