Job Description

Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
ACCA, ACA, CFA, ICMA, or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.
Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in contract financing, guarantees, and trade finance.

Business development, relationship management, and stakeholder management.
Financial modelling, credit analysis, cash flow assessment, and transaction structuring.
Contract/project finance, guarantees, trade finance, and Islamic finance.
Knowledge of SBP/SECP regulations, documentation, negotiation, leadership, and MS Office.

Manage transaction execution, contract financing, and business development activities.
Structure financing facilities, review contracts, and prepare credit and approval documentation.
Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Credit Administration, Shariah, and Trade Operations teams.
Monitor transaction conditions, milestones, guarantees, documentation, compliance, records, and reporting.
Ensure transactions are executed efficiently while maintaining regulatory and internal compliance standards.
