Job Description
Hoechst Pakistan Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager / Sr. Brand Manager – CHC-Pharma to drive brand strategy, market growth, and commercial performance within the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Drive initiatives to increase market share through effective brand planning and execution.

Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and changing customer needs to adapt brand strategies.

Conduct product, therapeutic-area, and sales performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
-
Manage HCP engagement strategies across key specialties.
-
Monitor market performance, market dynamics, and growth indicators.
-
Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Trade, and Digital teams for effective execution.

Develop and manage promotional materials and scientific content in compliance with regulatory requirements.
-
Ensure all brand activities comply with company policies and relevant guidelines.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, MBA, or Marketing.

Relevant professional qualifications in Marketing/Business Management will be an advantage.
Experience
-
4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a Gynae/CHC pharmaceutical portfolio.

Strong understanding of marketing concepts and proven ability to develop strategic brand plans and campaign strategies.
