Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager – Cyber Security Projects to lead and manage cybersecurity projects and initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cybersecurity projects within defined timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with organizational security requirements, regulatory obligations, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines, and relevant industry standards.

The role will collaborate closely with Information Security, IT, Infrastructure, Applications, Digital Banking, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation through completion.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and implementation strategies.
Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional technology, infrastructure, software development, data, and security teams.
Manage relationships and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
Provide regular project updates, risk reports, and status communications to stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
Identify and mitigate cybersecurity project risks.
Ensure cybersecurity requirements are incorporated throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and industry best practices.
Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, SBP standards, and applicable cybersecurity frameworks.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity projects.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Experience working with external vendors and stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity regulatory and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities.

Preferred:

PMP certification or similar project management certification/coursework.

Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
